EAC elevates and celebrates the arts across the region. They required an identity that matched the vibrant, modern and progressive nature of Edmonton’s art scene.
With nods to modernism, the logo is distilled into its base part, an A, representing the arts. The loop at the base of the letter illustrates the tight-knit connection the EAC has with the arts community. The logo was designed to be flexible, breaking down into three distinct graphic elements. These graphic elements are used throughout branded materials, applied as containers to highlight art and artists, adding a layer of artistry to every document.
